Nothing wrong with those temperatures, 8800's run very hot. If you talking about the CPU, it's normal.

I wont recommend SpeedFan. It reads Duo/Quad cores 15 temp too low. (I heart rumors that the Beta reads the temps right)

And duo/Quad cores can endure upto 70-80 celsius.
