yeah but if you were meant to die before then or due to natural causes or something else's death note, that basically is never going to work. it doesn't reset or force the date/time. also, every death you cause (heart attacks, car crashes, hanging, cutting wrists, fire), you will re-experience and find yourself experiencing the same death being forced to douse yourself in gasoline or slit your wrists or feel a heart attack x however many deaths you caused
so even if you just use it for yourself as you stated, only that one instance, what would actually happen is that you'd end up dying due to a heart attack in 40 seconds (because it's invalid but still you & your name = your death), unless the death note wants to be nice instead of anal and lets you live your actual lifespan, or you undo it in the allotted period
even if you got the 25k years & orgasm death, you still wouldn't go to heaven or hell. your soul would go to nothingness. is 25k years better than infinitely many years in eternal paradise? also would you not age? gotta suck being 25k when my back is this bad @ 20.

undo by "they haven't died yet and they're unaffected by the death note so you can cross out the name and it won't work but ya gotta be quick
not really many rules that i mentioned.
