All netbooks out there has the same usual specs.
The only so called netbook with higher graphics GeForce 9300m is from Asus.
As for Intel's it's all GMA 950 but another one GMA500 it's slower but has more features including DX10.1

i just found a better model of the laptop
the brand is NEO
160Gb HDD
2 Gb ddr2 RAM
1.6GHz Atom
can connect a video card to it?
if i can, ill try to buy a 512Mb video card
EDIT: what software and games can i run with these specs?

Yeah, just about all netbooks have specs like that.
Once again, you can not connect a video card to a netbook. It's simply not possible.

I don't know how much clearer people can make it to you so I'll put it in big letters:
NETBOOKS ARE NOT MEANT FOR GAMING OR MEDIA EDITING
They are meant for very basic applications like web browsing and IM. If you want to go beyond that, you need to buy a laptop, period.

You can basicly run anything 2007 and lower almost. I cant seem to run NFS carbon
