Well right now I dont know what you mean. Sponge said that its a cancer
sore but if he says he has a cyst, it wont go away by itself and there is a
0.00001% of dying, because if you don't remove it, it will turn cancerous.
Type in cyst into google and cancer soar and tell us which one it really is.
