How many calories do you eat in a day?
Boy - 2900 kcal
20%
 20%  [ 6 ]
Boy - More than 3100 kcal
17%

Girl - 2700 kcal

Girl - More than 2900 kcal

 10%  [ 3 ]
Boy - Girl - I don't know, but I eat a lot snacks a day! (chips, coca cola, cookies etc)

20, male. About 2500-3200 on normal days, 4300-5000 on workout days.

I don't ever count. But my normal day consists of, Breakfast hot pocket, FIJI water and a power bar for lunch, and then some THING for dinner. It varies on whatever mood my mom is in.

So i'd say about less than 2000?

4000 is not that much, I eat less then my brother, I just eat heavy and rich foods.

Also, I'm bodybuilding at the moment.

From 55kg to 65kg in 2 weeks.

When i hit 70 i'm starting my intense training.
Right now it's just picking up some weights and shit.


You should be careful, get too big too fast and you'll have permanent skin tears.

I probably eat around ~3000 calories, I should eat more.

2000 is the recommended intake, but how much you need varies depending on your metabolism and activity.

-Usually miss breakfast (if I don't, it's cereal)
-Fruit cup (or just fruit in general) and/or a granola bar for snack. I'm in grade 8.
-Usually get a sandwich or salad for lunch
-Have something random for dinner. Spaghetti, stir fry, broiled chicken, whatever.

The only snack I basically have outside of school is Nestea (iced tea).
