I have spoken to someone who had legally DIED for a minute or something... and it was just a black out.

In biblical sense, you probably believe in live after death.

With the facts we have now, you do not live after death.

I saw on some discovery channel on something like that. This man around his 40s died and then was revived and he said he saw himself float up and then sucked back down. It was really cool.

But not because of that, I still believe it though that there is afterlife.

What my church used to tell me was that, if you believe now, you're blessed (and you go to heaven). But if you believe later, when God ( and in extension, Jesus) comes down to Earth, you can still go to heaven, but you wouldn't receive the blessing for believing early*. They also stated that if you don't believe after He has proved His existence, then you'll go to hell.
* - For some reason, it just feels oddly connected to other mythical human creations. You know, growing up and maturing to find that you don't believe in Santa Claus and what not.
