well i think any1 that commits murder or aids in it with its intention should be themselves killed.

Think of it, if some1 killed one of your loved ones would you like them to be in jail or in a coffin?????

I'm more in the middle. Everyone says if someone murders someone they should die. Well what about one of the first thing you learn as a 5-year-old: Two wrongs don't make a right. Wink

And, I believe a life-time in prison is actually worst then capital punishment (assuming you have no parole). Then again in times like these, with our prisons crowded, I suppose one could say it's a viable solution to enforce capital punishment.

It's what's fair, but now a days it's harder and harder to find someone to do it. It is fair to die if you killed someone, but the person who kills you is going to have a guilty conscious, I know me, and tons of people, probably almost everyone on this forum couldn't take a life.

it is ethnical but i believe if you murder someone you should pay for it wasting your own life away instead of copping out by dieing

although if its like a mass killing i think you should be put to death immedietly

Death penalty is really controversial, it does make an example for those who could potentially kill others because IF they kill one or more people and IF they get caught they know death penalty is an option, however people tend to forget they judge over a criminals life after the criminal judged over someone elses life making those who give death penalty a criminal as well since they kill someone (killer or not, it is and will always be a human being). also if people get killed that's a loss for the world, no matter what kind of person gets killed so if you give a killer death penalty you have one additional death: the killer's death. I don't think one person can determine if death penalty is ethical or not.

The death penalty is pretty much unfair however you look at it. In the end, you kill someone if it goes throgh. By the way, the death penalty costs more then prison guys. Because in the death penalty you have to have exact proof, go through several years of trials and all that other shit. While they can merely send you to prison with 1 trial (usually)

EXTREME Cases only, because its wrong.
And the 10 commandments say not to kill.
But sometimes the thought of sitting in jail the whole life is worst so I guess
