30-50 situps a day.

definition is not gained through more reps, it is gained through good diet and regular exercise.

Squats - do it properly or you can fuck up your back = you can do anything wrong and fuck up yourself, proper form is a given, and bodyweight squats don't do anything to your back
Lunges - how is this gonna help you get big? = works your leg muscles, feggit.

i do reps of 30 sit ups and 10 REAL PUSHUPS (2 seconds up, 2 seconds down)

after a month, i had a six pack and my arms were toned. i also was on the wrestling team.
