in australia, the police here are complete morons and the most dangerous with the guns. i still can't get over how they had to shoot some 15 year old because a group of cops though they were going to get stabbed...
anyway, OP, i doubt a convict would try to grab attention by killing some little girl, peeping through the blinds in his office.

Well In anycase that is illegal becausde he had to cheack with you first.
There were one these men in my backyard so I called the police and they
got arrested.

Do some research to find out how/why he murdered his victim, if it was a random killing you should be pretty scared about this, if he murdered his wife because she cheated on him or something its not really a big deal because he probably wont randomly kill someone then. Maybe consider getting a BB gun or a sharp knife. Motion censor lights may also help if you are paranoid about him being around your house, not to mention they could also deture robbers from robbing your house.

Yes but it is illegal if they dont warn you because it is considered
trespassing. Even if a police officer step on your lawn he has to identify
himself.

No they don't... If a police officer comes to arrest you they DEFINETLY don't.... Paper delivery boy? NOPE! They don't have to here in Canada... If they are coming on our lot without reason its illegal.. They DON'T have to warn...

Yes... and also in the USA Police officers have to have a warren to come
into your home to arrest you. The warren is the thing that makes it
legal. Also the paper boy cannot come to your lawn. He throws the papers over.
