talk to them and tel them to stop being overprotective. i had to see a counselor with my mom just for the counselor to tell her it's time for her to let me have my own life just like my mom did and stop being overprotective  although i was 15 at the time... i don't know about 13 xD

Well yuo have many options:
1.Either talk to them.
2. Sneak out (not recommended)
3. Tell them that your going some where else like school or like sports etc.
and go to wherever yuo want to.
And if you're just immature that they wont let you go then there isnt
much you could do.

lol. i was in the same situation as u before. but that time i was 12. I wanted go to P-Mall also. But my parents didn't let me. They only let me hang out with friends, but they didn't let me go t anywhere far. So, i decided go to P Mall with my friend. We rode bikes there, so basically I snuck out. Note: I live near P Mall. It is only like a 15 minute bike ride.

Sooner or later your parent will have to let you leave the nest, why not start now and show them you know how to be independent and can be trusted.
Either talk to them or better off invite your friends to your house something to let your parent know what type of people you hang out with.
And maybe next time going to the mall won't be that difficult?
