i did not intend to be joking around as i know most people cannot fall alseep quickly and i just wanted to help


also im tired of my postcount always going down when i post in RS so im getting it up why do you fucking care so much


THIS WORKS you need to folow every step (except 8 if you dont want to)

#2 is where you put your head on a pillow, if you put it all jacked it will fuck up your neck


this WILL help you fall asleep faster so dont bitch, your body is used to falling asleep in a set amount of time YOU have already established, these methods can and will work provided you actually do them right


your sleeping habits change as you grow older, so try to get into some good sleeping habits while your still young Smile

It has gel, memory foam, and then regular like cottonish shit, there's no springs in it like a normal mattress. It's fuckin weird, I don't even know what it's called. I got it like 3 years back, the salesman said it was some new technology but I guess it never took off seeing as I've never seen anything like it since. I always come across the weird shit like this.

I just wanted to point out that unrevealed isn't a word... if it was a word, it would mean the opposite of revealed. As in, Hidden Sleeping Secrets.

I don't have trouble sleeping, outside of my internal clock getting butchered.

As long as it's not 9000 fucking degrees, which is usually never since when it's hot, I have the AC cranked, and it's usually cold as shit.

Noise or not, light or not, I will sleep through it. I've slept through our roof being redone, etc etc. I routinely clock 12 hours of sleep a night, it's kind of ridiculous, actually.

I just like to let my mind wander when I'm trying to go to sleep.

i find it easier to sleep when the temperatures cold
as the tempurature rises, i'll get calmer and more relaxed, and it'll go to about near my body tempurature, it gets really easy to sleep
just the too-hot problem D:
