You contradicted your self there, first of all "Cut the stuff about exercise." Well lets see... Jogging and playing basketball are exercising, and lastly "If you like it, DON'T EAT IT." Well I just happen to love having sandwiches for my lunch and Oatmeal for breakfast, but since I like them I shouldn't eat them? Hmmm that is a very strange idea you got there.

Well I meant hardcore "Exercising" just go outside and play basketball or something, hang out with friends is what I was trying to get across.

I, as well like sandwiches and oatmeal. Very Happy

Only thing you can do is eat healthy like vegetables

Run at least 2 miles a day like me

Take a sport

I take Muay Thai Kick Boxing, Jiu jitsu

Good way to get skinny and build muscles
