I think it really doesn't need an animation, since a logo is supposed to be a static image. I would personally say that it's graphical, just a bit too light, but I would prefer a 3D image of just the CE logo and don't make the "C" too skinny, it looks a bit skinny.

Too long, too busy. However, if for any reason anyone needs a CEF logo to put in the beginning of a video or something, they could always steal that and speed it up.

I like it, but.. eh.
