well we live in a pretty non-sexist society so yeah, even femal officers and offenders. When someone commits a crime it happens lol. well thats whats suppose to happen

When did gender really matter? In the first place, he was doing something illegal(or at least the police thought so). What gender who gets the person who have done something illegal shouldn't really matter.
( I think I messed up that sentence, but I hope you understand what I am trying to say.)

Well the cops had a legal reason to pull u out even if the timing was crappy.

Yep like I said a few secs ago, we try to live in a non-sexist society so if your trying to defend yourself by invasion of personal privacy I highly doubt it because of the warrant

They can't do that, not in the US. No right to violate your privacy like that. You can sue them for that, no matter what that's a violation of "Flashing" so they can't do that to you. Drug charges? If it was that harsh then they might have been able to do that.. but I don't know. I would say let them put some clothes on you first.

He just got thrown into Jail for Drugs. Don't think the court judge will look over him the same.

| well if he really wants to make some kind of money he would have to look into the warrant, and what it allows the officiers to do then if he can submit a worthy case maybe some lawyer will help him earn some money

When your using it yourself, it is your personally dicision and your not harming anyone. more than half the people in jail are druggies and they havent even harmed anyone. If we legalized drugs there would be less gang violence, drug related crimes, and instead of the government spending billions of dollars keeping the druggies in jail, they would make money by taxing drugs. If we look at the amsterdam and other places where drug is legal, they dont have any problems at all.

I agree with you.
It is your own choice if you want to use drugs or not.
Sh*t, why do we really allow smoking when we don't allow drugs? :/ Smoking both hurts you and the people around you...

If you didnt have a towel, or if they didnt let you have one REGARDLESS of a warrent to enter your property, then you could possible sue them for not letting you put clothes on and dragging you out into the street..
