The Oracle told morpheus that he would find The one.
-Morpheus found neo, and trully believes without a doubt that he is The One.

The Oracle told Trinity that she would fall in love with The One.
-However, love is blind. Meaning Trinity fell in love with Neo, thus strenghtened the "The One" thing.


The Oracle told Neo that he wasnt The One because he didnt believe it yet, he had the skill, but he still didnt believe it.



According to the movie, anything that you believe in the matrix, is possiblem. Meaning if you trully believe that you can fly, then you can fly.

So this leads me to believe that The One was actually created by beliefs ._.

Neo is The One because Trinity, Morpheus, and the Oracle trully believed that he was the one, so it happened.

thats one of the best theories of today but what if Neo was really the one and it couldn't be anyone else.

for example, Anakin is "the one" that brings both sides together and bring peace to the galaxy.

Yoda new that Anakin was "the one" even before he met him but also Yoda sense danger coming from Anakin

Yoda new that his path to being a Jedi Master and as a padawan isn't that easy since they must avoid some certain things during his journey

and each time he gets hit by these "things" he slowly turns into the dark side (secretly meeting with the counselor/Sith Lord, not being promoted to being a Jedi Master by the counsel, not getting enough power, over ruled, death of the former queen of Naboo; Padme Amidala, ect.)

so I think it was already decided by fate the Neo is going to be "The One" and all it needs are the right "objects" along the way.

but for Anakin in the other hand, he's was like a scale (like the justice symbol) if the wrong thing was added he would become Darth Vader and if the right things were set in he would probably become a Jedi Master and slay the Sith Lord since he knows after he told him that he is (either way it was fate and Yoda saw both sides)
