BTW, those with special abilities such as Marvel Heroes were one of my first but then... there is a chance they could be bitten so I didn't put that down.
So now think of this, incredible hulk is pissed so he jumps into the crowd of zomb with the other hereos (but we're focusing about Hulk right now). So Hulk do shit, throw them, kick them, bitch slaps zombs 5-10 at a time. But then one zed opened his mouth before got its jaw crush and its tooth sink down to his arm/leg. And thats just one way they could be infected

Edit: I think 80% of the people in CEF don't owns any weapon that can easily kill them. On my birthday, my dad going to get me a automatic rifle. But for now I'll just use a Henry Survival Rifle (I've got others but I like this one the most)
