Crysis disappointed me, i played it on the highest graphics and it worked smooth, but the game just sucked, seriously.
Call of duty 4 is better

If you're talking about your own machine with your 8600gt, there's no way you could run it at the highest settings and not have a sideshow, so either you did something wrong or your settings are messed.

So you're using Vista and you ran it from the DX10 codepath with everything on Very High?
Game must have fkin been sweet at 4 fps dude.
Also my idea of "looks better" isn't make everything 5x as saturated.

Oh wow, I just realized it uses a G92 core chip. Should be called 8800GX2.

Problem is:
-AGP doesn't have the bandwidth to keep up with a card like this and would hinder the performance, probably quite significantly
-Any system still on AGP would likely be limited by a slow CPU
If the card is 2x GTX's like it looks like, then I believe the price is totally justified, seeing as a single one generally costs more than $500.
Only good thing I guess is nVidia has slowed down progress because there's no competition, so at least AMD will have a chance to catch up, unlike the whole AMD/Intel situation

Intel is only winning because of the Quad core and the Core 2 Extremes.

AMD already has the equivalent of those out. But it's just not as good as Intel's products.

IMO, that's a bad thing.
