i'm making a zombie survival game with some friends, and was wondering what your personal prefrences would be.
rite, now, we're planning to use C#

What? Object Oriented programming doesn't make or break a game. You can write games in any language. Even Assembly. It is all about the knowledge the programmer has.

C++ would be the way to go since its compatible with most of game engines.
but you can always go for C# and its kind of my favorite because of Microsoft C# XNA game studio.

I dunno about 3D games but I would go with Flash cuz I'm a flashfag and ActionScript isn't that difficult of a language. Theres tuts on youtube as to how to make 3D object in Flash.

Uh no. 3D games with Flash isn't that great, it is still not very good for 3D games yet, though simple ones can be made.
@OP, since you already decided to use C#, stick with it, it is pretty good.

C# and MGS are great, heck you can make a 3d game in hours.... esp if you already have rigged models. Its free too use and your game can easily be made Xbox Compatiple, the Studio offers Huge cookie cutter advantages for game design, and takes a massive load off what you need too understand about the language, If your realy into it you can pay money and get there Networking feature for ONline play through Microsof Live.... this is amazing and by far is the easiest Network code your gonna have too deal with for Multi play.
