I would say Windows Vista, since it is more new and better than its predecessor XP. Though you will still get the uneducated who think XP is better... Vista has undoubtably better features... (SuperFetch, nicer look even though XP can have it also, security).

If your talking about your desktop screenshot then it's XP since there is a minor change with Vista that most people failed to notice. Cool

QUITE obviously XP unless you're using a theme on Vista and running whatever the transparency program in the bottom right is just to mess with us.
-Start "Orb" doesn't protrude from task bar.
-Maximized window doesn't look like that in Vista.
-Running said telltale transparency program.
-Old Windows icons (right of task bar).
-Old version of Explorer.
-No options-panel thing on left side of Explorer
-Options under Address field aren't right.

Waste of a thread.

You can easily tell it's XP because of the wireless network icon in the taskbar.
