Its not a cpu created mutation, he was born deformed (physically retarded retarded)

No it is the raditation that is the result of the aftermath not the atomic bomb itself.

Yes atomic bombs do that (if you survive) but.. i don't think it does it that harsh...

| Yes, radiation can cause severe deformities like that. While I can't say if that's shooped or not, that is a realistic representation of what can happen.

Its impossible for a shadow to be skard into the ground because shadow's are an outline of darkness...

It would depend on if it damaged his DNA, I suppose. Chances are all of that radiation exposure would make him entirely sterile though.
