Well people's, here's your chance. You can all make fun of me. I know you've been wanting too. I know you all probably hate me. But here we go.
I'm 6' 0". I weigh 243 lbs. I'm not a complete pile of jiggle matter, but I am quite plump. I'm also built thick, and will never become a pile of sticks. What I seek is guidance, in dietary form, and workout form. Anyone who can helps wins...I don't know, come up with something. Maybe you'll luck out and pick something I can actually give you.

If your fat, I would suggest to try to turn that fat into muscle, instead of trying to loose it all Idk, i'm fat too. =P 5'10" 180ish.

| How cute. Well I could start with don't discuss your weight problems with CEF. You'll receive posts that could be an option to what you're looking for but not. I highly recommend that you talk about a diet-plan with your doctor.

I'm 6'2" 160 lbs and I look skinny. You're tall so it's ok to weigh more than average ppl. Short and fat is a problem but tall and a bit bulky is alright. Maybe you're a bit big boned I'm not sure but maybe you should try losing some weight.
You don't have to start working out like 100 times a day. 3 times a week is good for a start. Most fat people that want to lose weight try to go crazy and start working out none stop then eat nothing but salads. Then after a while they quit and gain back the weight. You need to start off slow. You can still eat all the foods you like, just not too much. Eat very slowly because it takes time for your stomach to signal your brain that it's full. Also don't try to eat everything you can in 1 hour. Spread it out a bit throughout the day.
Small changes is what makes the difference. Write down what you eat everyday then slowly cross out the foods that you think you don't need to be eating.
Remember the most important thing, it's easy to loose weight at first but then it gets harder, that's were most people quit, but don't do that.
Finally, make a goal for yourself. Imagine yourself skinnier or the way you could look like if you exercised. Motivation is always important because it gives you hope maybe or a goal to reach since we're all naturally competitive

Not as bad as it could be. It is obese (compared with the BMI chart, but
at least its not extremely obese.

It's weird, I'm fat, but if I flex my arms upwards, I look skinny somewhat.
Not posting pics, I'm ok with my gelatinous body, but I'm also wolfman in the chest.

Red , my idea to you .
The very basic !
Look , if you REALLY want to slim down and macho , it comes with STRONG DETERMINATION .
How i know ? I was a mirror image of you too =)
Heres how you go , in order to do things right , you must have the correct mindset .
How do you do that ?
Endure with stuffs with reasons "This is my opportunity of sliming down , theres no way i am giving up !" or some other stuffs .
So , sliming down , most important thing is your food . Ever heard the food pyramid ?
Try to cut less on how much you're eating now , just make sure you had eaten and thats enough , but not to the extreme where you just ate a biscuit . Maybe one set of a food is enough , if you really need extras , just one time will do .
And of course , this might be your worst fear , exercising .
First you MUST train your leg power , thus you must do running . Dont go to Gym , It does not help you much . Go morning jog around somewhere ,in the park or something .
Meanwhile , do pumpings too . Do at least 10 pushups a day , and another 10 before bed .
Drink more water rather than sweet drinks or alcoholic .
Guess thats what i could say for now =P Hope it helps !

I could use some cardio in my life, and I do like 40 push ups/crunches in the mornings, and concentrated lifts at night. Dx
Running shall be my new goal!

You should eat healthier. Try Weight Watchers :3! srsly.
You can work out. Walking is good for burning fat, but you might want to lift some weights to tone up.
Crunches won't really make your stomach slimmer. It will just make your abdominal muscles stronger. You will need to lose the layer of fat above the abdominals before you start seeing any thing. Cardio is the way to go to burn fat.

Cut the stuff about exercise, all you really need to do is eat healthier. NO delicious Steaks or anything thats remotely good. If you like it, DON'T EAT IT.
Eat a sandwich or something for lunch.
Cereal or Oatmeal for Breakfast
A piece of Grilled Chicken or something with a side of Vegetables.
Do this, with some jogging, or just go outside, play basketball or something.
You don't need to lift weights and do cardio honestly.
