Ok well, I am going to buy a 360 in the next few months.

Im wondering if I need a 60 GB one or if 20 GB was fine?

Also, Besides Halo 3 and GTA IV what games should I buy?

rockband comes with drums mic and a guitar. but people prefer the guitar hero guitar rather than rockband guitar cuz GH guitar is easier to press and strum =D
Edit: If your getting alot of different games for 360 than you shouldget 60GB harddrive if your gonna just get a couple and play em a lot i reccomend just 20GB drive.

wait for gears and get the 20GB, most people don't even get that much game. probably, you can fit over a 100 game in a 20gb since 50 games isn't even half
