Employees just like everyone else need to take a break and have some fun instead of working and being treated like asses all day while their boss shoves all of the money into their pockets! To any employers (those asso types) now or future bosses out there you guys should take a sample of how Google treats their employees.

It's not like people can help it dude. People just didn't have the luck to get hired by Google. Most people put up with it because they need the money to support their family dude. You are probably a kid and you don't understand, but it's hard to make decent money and if you have to sacrifice your life for your family, then most people will do it.

I already have a job (started working when I was 14) and I do know that not everyone can be hired by Google. My point is not just to get a job a Google because their workers get to have fun, what I meant was for all bosses now and future to treat their works with a bit more respect and to let them have a break sometimes or make the work enviroment stress free instead of having their workers sit in cubciles. I'm pretty happy with my workplace so it's not too bad.
As for getting a better job means to have a higer education...

Steve Jobs also a college drop out
Michael Dell same thing
And look at how much money they make.

Agree with right there that there is no way for every boss to be like Google or some other multi-million dollar company. But how much does it cost to put fish tank and some fishes in so that when a worker needs to relief some stress? Probably not within $20 bucks.
IN some pet shops they've got starter kits with everything (including 2 fishes) and cost $10. Fishes was scientifically proven to reduce stress so that's way people who work as ATC (Air Traffic Controllers and one of hte most stressful jobs) looks at fishes after 2-3 hours of work.

The problem is that every boss doesn't know that, in matter of fact. that was the first time i heard that thing about the fishes. |

You don't necessarily need a college degree to prove you're smart. Well it's true if you're a smart man you'll have a good life. And nowadays it's so dam hard to make money. Inflation and everything.. ugh.. the U.S dollars means crap now.
