I think photoshop is much better but if you don't download it for free I would use GIMP.

Most of use a cracked photoshop so I beleive that's better, I can crack any program (making it warez) So the price has no factor in my opinion, but it's based on how much I use either one, I find photoshop alot more effective.

That's right, I can go to jail but the ods are very slim because I have no internet connection with photoshop (Not possible) So unless some adobe employee comes to my computer and checks my photoshop, I won't be going to jail.
