i Get this almost everyday.. i try'd to click repair, resign in multiple times.

it was brought up again about half an hour ago

Check your date and time. If they are not correct, it will not work for you.

Also, go to start > run > cmd > ipconfig /flush dns

Flushing dns worked for me one time.

Well it says there is a problem with your hosts file.
open that and take out anything related to msn

Try this;
Click Start then Run. Now type this is : C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc. Now delete the file that is called "HOSTS". Reboot your computer and then try logging in.
