Don't increase em..clean your fans of any dust that may be getting hot and burning on the inside, I'd replace the power supply as well, it'll eventually stop working. Ran into a similar problem at work, fan barely moved in the PSU, eventually it burnt out and I had to replace it. _________________

I agree you should clean out any dust with an air compressor or canned air.
If you have an aftermarket PSU like you say then chances are it could have a large (120mm) fan which will spin slower and that's perfectly normal, I wouldn't worry about the speed.
Your temps all look fine to me but everest won't show PSU temp, if you had to replace it already then your house may just not have clean power and it may be time for a new PSU, and you may want to look into a UPS. |

What's so hard about buying compressed air?
Buy it, blast the shit of everything and try not to coat your shit in freon. |

| Try to get a 500 or 600 Watt. I'm pretty sure that those are the typical requirements for desktops, but without knowing what is in your computer it could be too low. |
