"C"
no really, googling "C" will probably land you into at least one appropriate site on the first page
if you want to start C, google
"start C"
if you want to download a C IDE, google
"download C IDE" or "dev C"
if you need any help, search for
"how to google"

There is nothing wrong with learning C# or visual C++ as your first language, in my opinion, they don't sabatoge anything and they are a very good start to learn how programs operate.

Ok i think i am installing that one already, but downloaded it anyways.
Right now i have a total of 12 different Programming programs like Visual , Delphi and others on my USB Hard Drive, is this a good thing? to have some on hand if i need them i mean.
