I wanted to ask someone if this fan I want to buy is either not good or decent for an i5 4570 CPU:

It's pretty normal fan but I guess It's also not as bad for this CPU, I have one similar but this one is new and I guess more advanced then what I have, could anyone tell me if this fan is going to to do he's job right?

No. You will want one from this list (or their upgraded versions).
Read a few reviews there so you can recognize the marks of a good cooler and fan when you see one

I myself prefer Noctua. Be sure to read this, too.

There's a list somewhere that also shows average computer temp per type of fan. Would be good to check that

that's a pretty generic fan, it will work for the average facebook machine.
if you are doing any intense workloads or overclocking, you definitely don't want that.

Do not buy basic fans. I know that you might wonder why should you buy expensive fans as you do not do so much of work and do not create pressure on your pc, but trust me today or tomorrow you will be using it and you will be doing some heavy work and then your fan would not be able to take the heat pressure. So you should never buy a basic fan, go for an expensive one.
