Download Speed slowing down?

I subscribed a 1Mbps package...
So its 1Mbps = 1024KB when converted
1024KB ÷ 8 = 128KBp/s

I should get 128Kbp/s but mine is 109KBp/s max
Any solutions to get it around 120KBp/s~124KBp/s?

You probably won't notice a difference between 109KBps and 124KBps. Plus, for the internet, 10 bits = 1 byte, so you're actually get higher speeds than you're supposed to.

You have to account for 2 parity bits (on top of 8 data bits). So 100KB/s is perfectly normal for a 1Mb/s subscription.

Also you have to look at TCP SYN/ACK overheads. They're small, but it all adds up.
