i encountered BSOD on this pc which i am using right now
BSOD appears on reformat so i cant continue formatting
i tried to boot a custom windows xp os, it was formatted successfully
after restart BSOD appeared again
how could the BSOD appear even after reformat?
BSOD always appear when i try to reformat with winxp and win7
thats why i ended up using a custom winxp os
what could be wrong with my pc?
how do i fix it?

Give BSoD info, could be a corrupt HDD.

Did you try Googling it? I did, and that was my search result. It appears to me that it was a simple BSoD prank, not a real BSoD.

If it's different every time then that would point to faulty RAM. Post the stop code (Being 0x50 in the case of the stock screenshot you posted) as well as whatever system file was involved with the crash.

i borrowed my friend's RAM and put it in my computer
my computer worked fine (without the BSoD)
then he put my RAM in his pc, the BSoD appeared
problem solved: faulty RAM
btw, how do i prevent my RAM from being damaged? do i need a RAM module cooler?

It's very unlikely that an overheat caused the damage unless the voltage is set way too high. If the RAM is unstable however not physically damaged, check that the voltage (standard DDR2 is usually around 1.8-1.9v, high performance can be closer to 2.1-2.2v) timings (5-5-5-15, for example) and speed (800MHz/PC2 6400, for example) are all correct in the BIOS. If it had worked fine before, your PSU may have surged or something and fried the RAM or it may simply have died because of a manufacturing error.
