Uhh, is there a soulsilver ROM?

Not one that i know of, apparently any tries have resulted in game crashes and noone could get past the first town or something.

I found some, but all in non engrish.
What is a good one that I can play on an emu?(Pokemon)
I have emerald on it rite now, not sure if that's the best.
