I used to eat Ramen 24/7


We get the bulk ones, with like 50 packs, but i stopped eating it for some reason :<

Bran Flakes with skim milk -- added bananas, strawberry's and blueberry's.

Also, if I want some sugar, I usually add a thin top layer of that chocolate-sauce.
Don't put much of it, however.


Eat it at least 3 times a week for breakfest.

It's high in saturated fat and cholesterol, dietary factors which may increase your risk of heart disease and stroke (among others). Lower fat meats such as turkey or chicken or omega-3 rich fish products such as salmon would be better choices.

Most foods contain toxins which are not beneficial to your bodily processes. As long as their intake is monitored you shouldn't be in any trouble. I eat steak for Iron. Something you wony find in most other meats. The end.
