i need help more clearly on step 7 then 8..

Same, on Step 7 of the CE Tut I did exactly as it said, I Injected the code to make then value of health increas by 2 each time. But it still only decreases by 1.

ur not supposed to look for pointers, it is code injection.
if it was pointer searching, you would need to look for the value on the "more info", since its code injection u need to do the folowing:
after u found what code write to the hp adress, open diassembler on this address by clicking the "show diassemblerer" button on the "what writes to this address" window, press ctrl+a, open tools, code injection, and write the adress that was writing to the beggining hp address (it is probably alredy filels in)
in this code, ignore all stuff except the originalcode section. in that originalcode section u need to find the line the decrese ur hp (u should know that if u got to step 7) and make it add 2 hp by the command ADD
the final code should be like that:

alloc(newmem,2048) //2kb should be enough
label(returnhere)
label(originalcode)
label(exit)

XXXXXXXX:
jmp newmem
returnhere:

newmem: //this is allocated memory, you have read,write,execute access
//place your code here


originalcode:
dec blahblah (this is the critical line, it need to be changed into "add blahblah,2")
blahblahblahblah

exit:
jmp returnhere

after modifying the code, press on "write code" and then "yes" and then "ok", press on "hit me" and the next will become available.

btw i think obstacle didnt make an injection. he say that he scanned a 4 byte hex value for the thing he found in the "what writes".
he shouldnt do it, because its not pointer finiding, its code injecting, anyway ignore my last post
