How do I cheat?

Whenever I am on a flash or shockwave game site I set all the values to what I want my score to be hoping to be posted as a high score on a game site but when the results come up on the page my value, I changed in the game, comes up on the website unchanged.

Because you didn't find the correct address(es).
Or... if you do think you got the correct addresses, their scores are stored on the server.
