there is one thing i do not understand.

can someone elaborate on what the "sleeptime" is please?

the speedhack works by injecting a thread that increases the time.
The sleeptime determines how long it should wait before it increases the value again with the right number for the time to be correct, according to the speed multiplier you chose.

A slow sleeptime will cause it to be very detailed with increasing the time, but eats up a lot of cpu time so the game may actually become slower.
A higher sleeptime is less detailed, but generally produces a more accurate increase of speed since the cpu isn't being held back. Downside is that sometimes you may encounter skipping in the game. (e.g see a brick fall slowly and then suddenly without warning it's at the ground)
