what's happening i can't target either of these softwaresif i do the browser just closes and said it wasan error.

open the browser in "safe mode" (press F8 before the boot screen on your pc appears and select "safe mode")

attach CE to the browser, shut down the pc, re-boot it in normal mode (dont need to press FCool and it should now work

it happened to me before.
