hello, i have started useing an emulator to hack PS1 games and its working great, its just, not many people have playstation games! If u do, PM me on what games u have and know how to hack!

did u read that part  well, basicly i configure an emulator, put a ps1 game in my CD drive, start the game, attach CE to it and hack away! i played this game called spyro and gave myself 100000 gems, fly anywere and stuff, im also hacking tonns of other games, i just want a bit of help, since PS1 games work wiered on how they are programed

Hacking is the wrong word entirely.
It seems like you're asking for someone to teach you how to use and where to get ROMs/ISOs and such. And, while I could help you with that, there are better forums devoted to emulation that would be a better fit for you. Google them up.
Me, I run games primarily to get rid of the load time and smooth out the polygons. Einhander looks great and there are tons of controllers out there that are built just like a Dual Shock.

lol, not trying to get roms or isos, i run from the CD. I tried to google them up, ccouldnt find anything.

Hack? Do you mean download? If you want cheats, there's GameBreaker, GameShark, Action Replay.

Jason, get a new emulator http://www.emulator-zone.com/
Some emulators have a gameshark built right in! Look for one with that effect, and then lookup some PS1 gameshark codes. Its relativly easy to use.
