Cheat Engine

Ok, I'm trying to hack a game called Age of Time, it was made with Torque. I found the health value and saved it but I'm not sure if it's using pointers or anything. Freezing doesn't stop the value from changing in-game and neither does erasing the thing that writes to it. I'm sort of new to Cheat Engine so a little help would be appreciated. The value of the health is really long though, it's like 10549583 for full health then 0 for dead. It's a bar by the way. And when I tried to find the money value it never could find it. I tried looking for it with all of the different filters but couldn't find it.

then you most likely got the wrong address type (it can be for example 4-bytes value, or 8 bytes value, or 16-bytes value, or 32 bytes-value ect)

btw, it dont help to "remove the code that writes to this address" either? Shocked

I don't have the wrong adress. I've tested it. It's the only one and it knows when you die and respawn and if i set it at max and freeze it then it stays frozen in-game but I'll die anyway.

ah, then you only got the value that shows how much HP you got left visually, use the "find what writes to this adress" and then "add an adress manually" and add the adress that writes to it instead, because the adress you got is not the adress really deciding your HP in-game, just the adress that shows you visually how much hp u got
