How do I cheat?

After installing Cheat Engine 7.6, my pc has been really laggy. I've tried resetting and such, but from opening Brave Browser and playing games without even the engine on, my pc has been really sluggish.

Check your anti virus and potential anti cheats you may have installed. They may be too busy monitoring CE
