Suggestion: CE should not reset the Symbol Searchpath after restart.

After CE uses the menu command "Set Symbol Searchpath" to set a new path, the path reverts to the default path "\Temp\Cheat Engine Symbols" when CE is restarted. I believe many users often clean up this temp directory (e.g., with cleanup software or scripts), which forces the symbol files to be downloaded online again every single time they are needed—this process is extremely slow. I also believe that many users prefer to store symbol files in a non-temp directory (such as E:\SymbolCache), so that they do not have to re-download the files repeatedly and the Visual Studio program can also utilize this same symbol cache.
