Cheat Engine

hi, sorry i'm cutting straight to the chase but i really enjoy playing games like call of duty campaigns in slow motion some times & ever sense call of duty infinite warfare it doesn't seem to work. I know it’s about anti-cheat and all that but I'm playing COD Vanguard Right now & wished there was some sort of way to speedhack this game. I know when you start cheat engine you can’t start COD & i’m using Hirtol’s speedhack-rs which seems to work with a little work around with anti-latency on+boost but the game doesn't slow down, it just lags.

Any tips or a way to achieve this is much appreciated & it’s a lot to ask.
