Cheat Engine

So quick backstory here, I DL cheat engine a long while ago, and then i got the dreaded DBK error message that has plagued some of my favorite go to games of mine. SO ANNOYING! I followed the instructions to the letter and still got the same message no matter what I did. I started to think that just deleting the program altogether and start looking for another program was my only option at this point. THAT being said, i may have found the fix for this annoying error, but it may be a fluke idk. I've tested it out after and it seems like its actually working again. All i did was double click on the file called ceregreset(not sure if the red X is there for everyone else out there but its there for my pc) and then POOF the error disappeared and the program worked like normal again! I thought id share my experience and possible freak accident fix with everyone that may or may not be experiencing the same issue because i know how heartbreaking this error is. Let me know if this worked for you too. Keep in mind i followed every possible fix that i know i could have done 1st before i did this. IDK if what i did here is just part of the process or if it just was happenstance.
