Using Lua, maybe, but I think it's better to ask, why ?

If it's intended for other people, why not share your pointerscan files with them instead and let them do a rescan
Even better, let them send you their pointermap and use it to rescan and filter out the bad ones

I want to do this for myself
, I have 100 or 200 left and I want to add them all or copy

Keep sieving until you can. Restart process, PC, load different saves, maps, etc. several times to make the pointers change every time.
Then, pick the one with the lowest number of offsets and the lowest offset.
Those tend to be good.
