Cheat Engine

Hi all,

This is a problem I've been running into for years. I'm running CE for some title on Steam and it's working wonderfully, pointers and all.

But sometimes. CE floods focus stealing hints as often as it can preventing me from opening my start menu, tabbing out to other software or doing anything on the system until its closed.

I've tried searching around the settings including the one which seems related to this problem to no avail.

Any ideas, or hints to what part of the code I should comment out if I were to re-compile without this frustrating call being invoked as often as possible while I'm trying to use the PC?
