My old account says it's inactive, and to contact a forum administrator for more information. I wasn't sure how to do that since I couldn't login, so I just created another account using another email.
Now, when I try to PM an administrator for assistance, I'm told I can't PM yet due to my account being to new or something. It suggested I post here in the public forum, so that's what I'm doing.
Also, I noticed there are many users logged in as guest. How do you login as a guest? I didn't see an option to login as a guest, and I would've preferred trying that first.

You don't. Those are deleted accounts.

It just means people without an account reading the forum.

So what about my inactive account I mentioned earlier? I tried to PM you again, but it stills says I can't PM yet, and gives no time frame when I can.
It did say I can reply to a PM, so if you or another admin could PM me regarding this, I would appreciate it.
