Hope you guys are doin fine.

I am kinda in messing actually...
I used 6.8 update version for a while and i just installed the 7.5 but now absolutely no data i were using are still avalaible.

For example for years i used CE to increase money or goods in a game. Now with the 7.5 version i can't find anymore any value matching as it was before.

Could someone help me to understand ?

I know CE is working because i made the tutorials again to test and it worked

If i summarize:
- Can't get for example wood in stuff with CE : search value 500 in all types (bytes, double, float etc.) or in only 4 bytes as before when i used 6.8
- Tutorials are working so it seems to not be a problem of rights in windows
- i tried to re install the 6.8 instead of the 7.5 to get my access and data back tu same results => no results


If someone could help it would be great.

maybe your anti virus is protecting you by sandboxing new CE installations to their own files only but blocks access on external processes.

like running without admin rights

try setting a custom scanfolder. Perhaps the can results get deleted
