I scanned all(float, 4byte) with unknown initial value. But I couldn't find the value I wanted. Is there a problem with my Cheat Engine settings? What should I do?

If you're targeting an emulator, try enabling MEM_MAPPED.

Otherwise, maybe it's some simple error, such as targeting the wrong process or messing up changed / unchanged value scans. Maybe it's something more complicated, like the game is moving the value around in memory. Hard to say.

I was trying to find the skill cooldown.
As you said, the value was not decreased, but encrypted and repeated decreased and increased. When the skill was activated, the value also changed each time. Thanks for your help.
