Cheat Engine

For some addresses, when I try to change its description or float, or even try to add it to a new group, I press on the "ok" button 100 times after i entered the new description name, but nothing happens.

Sometimes I have to wait literally for 1 Minute until it works.
The weird thing is that CE doesn't freeze while that, it just doesn't react at all.
Also pressing cancel doesn't work.

Is there something I can do in order to fix that?

I think, if you assign a hotkey for "Attach to current foreground process", then you can use that to switch to a new program and then back to the target process. I believe that this is currently the only workaround for this problem.

in settings set a wait while debugging

also make sure your addresslist, foundlist and freeze timers are not set below 100 in settings
