Cheat Engine

so i just recently started having this issue with the engine where i chose a proccess , load the .ct file and when i check a square to start using it, the engine crashes and goes back to normal without anything happening, i tried older version but still the same issue, any idea on how to fix?

you'll need an updated cheat table, or downgrade the game to an earlier version

well i did this and it still crashes now more often, i saw on another forum post that i should download net core or smth but still no luck
