When I try to add a base pointer to an address it isn't showing my health when it should be. When I just put the +64 after the address it works. It isn't even showing the address to my health.

The arrow -> means "the value stored at this address is..."
If you put rbx as the base address, the value of the memory record is [[24EC4010D60]+64]

A pointer is a type that stores the address of something else as its value. To find a pointer, search for an address. i.e. 8-byte value 24EC4010D60
See the CE tutorial for more information on pointers.

Code injection is another option. Search "injection copy"

Because xxx+64 is different than [xxx]+64

xxx+64 means the address of xxx plus 64 and [xxx]+64 means the value at the address xxx plus 64
